Initially managing the business part-time to support builders’ merchants and transitioned to a full-time role in 2022. Ashley leads Natural By Choice with a hands-on approach and deep expertise in the slate and stone industry. He oversees every aspect of operations, from sourcing premium materials to delivering outstanding service to clients. His steadfast commitment to quality and innovation ensures the company remains at the forefront of the market.

Graeme – Business Development Director
Graeme is passionate about building lasting relationships and driving sustainable business growth. With many years of experience in sales industry, he combines in-depth knowledge with a keen understanding of market trends to deliver practical, results-driven solutions. Clare – Company Secretary

Charlotte – Marketing & Product Consultant
